We will begin our journey through Russia with the former capital of the Kazan Khanate, and now the “third capital of Russia”, Kazan. We will see the Kremlin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the Söyembikä Tower (also called the Khan's Mosque), the Annunciation Cathedral and the Kul-Sharif Mosque are located. That's why Kazan is called “the city of all religions”.

Today we will start our route along the main river of Russia - the Volga.
