The tour of Russia was organized by MotoAventura, of Osorno Chile and was operated with motorcycles, guides, logistics and support vehicle provided by EnjoyMoto of Moscow. We had a total of eleven motorcycles, six of which were ridden two up and five as singles. Sonia and Roberto, owners of MotoAventura were along as well as their daughter (whose boyfriend lives in Alaska). We had 11 Chilenos, 6 Argentinians, three Russians, 1 Colombian and 1 Alaskan. The Russians spoke Russian and some English, the South Americans spoke Spanish and some English and I was speaking English, survival Spanish and virtually no Russian. What I would have given for a Babel Fish!
Our ride route was a 2,000 mile loop from Moscow out to the east and north over 5 days to St. Petersburg, where we had a rest day and then a 5 day return along the Estonian border to Moscow. Roads were a mixture of bad and really bad, with lots of potholes and heaving (except near Moscow where the roads are suddenly beautiful, but the traffic is ridiculous). We had about 75km of dirt roads that were actually better than some of the paved sections. EnjoyMoto did a great job planning an interesting route with historic and cultural stops, city tours and activities. Russian food was good, filling and interesting. We stayed in a very good mix of comfortable hotels in cities of 100,000 to 600,000 population as well as rustic locations with no settlements close by.
Seeing Russia and in particular Moscow was truly an eye opening and expectation smashing experience. The cities were clean and easy to navigate, the people friendly and the culture, history and national pride fascinating. I encourage anyone who travels to see the world to work a visit to Russia into your plans if you can. I know you won’t be disappointed!

Hello, Folks,
I was looking on your web site to write a testimonial on my recent tourwith you on the Two Capitols tour but could not find a link to do it so I am sending this email directly to the company.
"I would like to say that the company is first rate. The professionalism of the staff was welcome and appreciated. Our tour guide, Alexi was one of the best guides I have had the pleasure of meeting. He was competent, fluent in English and accommodating. His lead riding speed was perfect and periodic rest stops were just right. When needed, his helpful advice was right-on-the-money. The bikes were in tip-top shape and we had no problems with them at all during the whole 2629 KM tour.
Olesia was a delight to meet. Our group felt like family. Any glitch (Every tour has at least one) in the tour planning was made right with a plus. The hotel accommodations were comfortable and clean. The food in the hotels and the suggested restaurants were superb. I have become addicted to borscht and Russian beer. After the Two Capitols Tour I felt I had a good feel for a country that has intrigued me for years. Moscow and St. Petersburg are gems that have to be seen, city traffic not withstanding. The primary roads are well maintained but some of the secondary roads are a bit of a pothole challenge that is easily met by an intermediate rider.
Then Russian people were friendly and accommodating even if the men in particular are a bit shy. I have no hesitation in heartily recommending using this company for a motorcycle tour of a fascinating country.
I would be please to answer any question if you are considering booking through this company.
